Kitty's DVD is an instructional and practice video for the Beginner or Novice of any age!  It features former champion, Kitty Hart, and bagpiper Andrew Hart. 

A natural teacher, Kitty will take you through three basic Scottish Highland Dances - The Fling, The Sword Dance and the Sean Triubhas.  Your practice session will be fun and easy accompanied by the sounds of bagpiper Andrew Hart and 9 motivated dancers in your own home!

Start with Kitty's floor and ballet warm ups before jumping and continue with the basic technical posiions and movements used for the Highland Fling, Sword Dance and Sean Triubhas.  You will finish with a complete run through of each dance!
